He demonstrated undying dedication as we searched for our dream home for months, by being available and acknowledging and supporting our personal requests and expectations. He was responsive and prompt throughout the whole process, tailoring his experience to meet our individual needs. Towards the end, when we did find our dream home, Neal relentlessly and enthusiastically worked with us, the buyer and the financing teams in a very tight timeline, demonstrating both knowledge and flexibility, and he made sure we would be able to land the purchase of our dream house. And we are now living in the home we only dared to dream about, all thanks to him! Before I begin this review I just want to say that I rented from Neal and RealtyConnect before purchasing my home. As a renter, RealtyConnect is top notch and repairs made on the townhouse was super fast. Everything is done online on their easy to use website, this includes paying rent and requesting maintenance. I had nothing but great experiences with RealtyConnect and decided that once I was ready, Neal would help me look for a house as well.

The home buying process was super easy. Neal Lawson took time to explain and answer any questions I had in regards to the financial aspect and questions about the home buying process. If he did not know the question himself, he was quick to research the question. Neal was quick to answer text messages and phone calls, all within several minutes. I was even surprise to see him texting back 2am in the morning saying he will book the houses I sent him. His quick responses and showings allowed me to see homes the first few hours it was put on market. I work a 7-3 job in the south suburbs and sometimes could not view houses until later in the evening. Neal had no issues going above and beyond, making his schedule work with us. If Neal was not available, he would find someone else from the MN Dream Team that would be able to do showings. Neal is very honest and will stare you away from buying a house that is simply not "worth it". He doesn't push the sale on you to make money, he is there to help you find the dream home you want.

I just wanted to note that there was an offer I made on a house that had to be submitted in a few hours time. Neal was super quick to get all the paperwork ready to go and even making sure that I knew what I was signing.
